Feedback always welcome

Feedback is really important to Heal. We use your opionions to shape our services and develop the business as a whole. You will always be asked to let us know what we do well and any areas we can improve upon.

In the past we have used client feedback to:

• invest in the car park (often a problem for city centre businesses)
• to adapt our classes and how they are accessed
• to extend our initial session time from 30 minutes to 45 minutes
• to let our staff know they are doing a great job
