Classes - Full Timetable
We offer classes throught the week to fit with your lifestyle. Early morning, daytime or evening classes are available. you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before attending our Physiotherapist-led classes so we get to know you and your needs. All our instructors are state registered Physiotherapists and are happy to guide you through our classes in a structured and safe way that means you can exercise with confidence.
Matwork Pilates at in our studio or at home works well as a stand alone class, or with the addition of our Stretch & Release class. Challenge yourself with a Strong.FitStable circuit class, or try our new Barre class for some variety. Alternatively we offer a Seated Class for those of you who want a more gentle execise class.
