Studio Based Classes

You will need a mat to lie on, a head cushion or towel, and a resistance band or bands. We can provide small weights and other small equipment that will need to be wiped clean after each class.
Virtual Classes

You will need a mat or towel to lie on and a head cushion or towel. You may wish to have small weights (bottles of water or tins), resistance bands, and a tennis ball/spikey ball (for release work).
