Sally Kiddie
DIRECTOR, PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Sally is one of the Directors of Heal Physiotherapy, bringing over 25 years of experience to her role. She graduated from Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh in 1998 and began her career within the NHS before moving into private practice in 2001. In 2004, she co-founded Heal Physiotherapy, where she continues to play a key role in both clinical care and business development.

Sally specialises in the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, with a strong focus on tailoring each treatment plan to her clients’ individual goals and priorities. Her extensive training includes acupuncture, McKenzie techniques, Pilates, and shockwave therapy, alongside broad experience in managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions.

Known for her warm, caring approach and genuine interest in her clients’ wellbeing, Sally is passionate about helping people return to the activities they enjoy. Her work with sports teams and athletes has also developed her keen interest in sports injury management and prevention.

In addition to her clinical work, Sally is a qualified Pilates instructor, delivering both group classes and one-to-one sessions.

Outside the clinic, Sally leads a busy family life and enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She is a self-confessed “slow but steady” runner—despite often declaring she’s done with marathons, many suspect otherwise! She also enjoys strength training at the gym and embracing new challenges.

Sally is also the Chairperson of a charity she co-founded with her daughter, Eilidh, Freddie’s Ataxia Fund, demonstrating her commitment to making a difference beyond physiotherapy.
