Sally is one of the Directors of Heal Physiotherapy. Sally qualified as a Physiotherapist from Queen Margaret College, Edinburgh in 1998. After working within the NHS she moved into the private sector in 2001 before opening Heal Physiotherapy in 2004.

Sally has expertise in musculoskeletal injuries and their rehabilitation. Through her experience with sports teams and athletes, she has a keen interest in sports injuries and the prevention of injuries. She is a Pilates instructor who teaches classes and 1-2-1 sessions.

As a Director, Sally is involved with the running of the business and business development.

At home, Sally is a busy lady. She is ‘Mum’ to three kids and a Miniature Schnauzer called Martha. She enjoys seeing friends and family. She's trying to find her balance on her stand-up paddleboard and is a regular runner and is training for her third London Marathon in October this year.
