I joined Heal in 2021 with a wealth of experience in senior management my background is working in the Retail Industry, Facility Management, Practice Management, Community Education and Human Resources. I know that customer service is a key deciding factor in ensuring clients come back again and again. To ensure that is forefront in the minds of Heal staff, I ensure that the team is skilled in what they do through training, development, and communicating as a team. I also make sure there is always plenty of tea, coffee, cake, and biscuits to feed the mind.

I have spent most of my working career being a manager of people with a valued belief that people come first whether a work colleague or client. The journey into a workplace or practice should be a pleasant experience from the time you arrive to the time you leave.

Out of work, I like caravanning, photography, arts and crafts, and DIY. I admit to having a full tool kit of DIY tools and I will always have a go at fixing it myself. The team call me "Bob the builder"
