If you are a Physiotherapist interested in working with us at Heal, please contact us. We are currently looking to expand our team and you might just be who we are looking for!

Administration:

We have a great opportunity to join our reception and administration team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, trustworthy and committed part-time administrator / receptionist for our busy clinic in central Dundee.

What is the Role?

18-21 hours per week.

Hours would accommodate clinical need between 7:30am-8:00pm

Occasional weekend work may be required.

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact dealing with customers face to face and by telephone. Customer Service is of key importance to us therefore you must have an outgoing personality and a “can do” attitude.

Full training will be provided however experience in a customer facing environment in a clinical setting would be advantageous.

A flexible approach to working hours.

Job Outline

1. Greeting customers, answering telephone, managing clinicians’ diaries and appointments.

2. Taking payments.

3. Managing the daily emails

4. Working with Heal Physiotherapy Practice Software.

5. Liaising with insurers, other health professionals and team members.

6. Understanding clinical products and selling of stock items.

7. Ensuring that clinic premises are always clean and tidy.

8. Opening and closing the clinic.

Essential requirements

1. Confident with computer databases and Microsoft Office.

2. Excellent communication skills.

3. Excellent attention to detail.

4. Flexible and adaptable 

5. Ability to time manage effectively and prioritise your workload.

6. Ability to multitask like a pro

7. Strong organizational skills (because keeping track of appointments is an art form)
