Supporting you
in your journey
to feeling better.

With you every step of the way.

Heal Physiotherapy Limited was established in 2004 by friends Lynne Falconer and Sally Kiddie. Initially based in a medical centre, the company expanded in 2008 through the acquisition of an existing physiotherapy business, relocating to City Quay in Dundee. Over the following decade, Heal continued to grow and build its reputation for high-quality care.

After ten successful years at City Quay, the business underwent further expansion. On Monday 25th June 2018, following extensive renovation, Heal opened its current premises at 14 Dudhope Street, Dundee. From this base, the clinic continues to grow while maintaining the excellent standard of client care for which it is known.

Heal has developed strong links with the University of St Andrews, delivering clinics from university facilities for over ten years.

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new clinic in May 2026, located within SALT St Andrews—a modern gym situated in the former Madras College building on the Kilrymont Campus. This facility forms part of the SPACE student accommodation complex, offering a contemporary and accessible environment for our services.

In addition, Heal continues to provide physiotherapy services for the University’s Occupational Health Service one day per week, further strengthening its commitment to supporting the university community.

Heal works in partnership with SportScotland, providing physiotherapy support for athletes across Tayside and Fife. Clinics are delivered at the Regional Performance Centre for Sport, where we collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to help athletes achieve their full potential.

Heal Physiotherapy has also been recognised for its achievements within the business community. In 2014, the company won the Women Ahead and the Association of Scottish Businesswomen Most Enterprising Business Award. In 2015, Heal was a finalist in the Business of the Year category at the Association of Scottish Businesswomen Awards.

While our core services of Physiotherapy, Massage, and Modified Pilates remain central to our approach, we have continued to expand our offering. Services now include on-site orthopaedic consultations, sports medicine,  steroid injections, and direct referral for CT and MRI scans, Heal works in partnership with SportScotland, providing physiotherapy support for athletes across Tayside and Fife.
