Heather Cochrane
Physiotherapist

Heather graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy in 2021. She went on to work rotationally within NHS England, gaining experience across a wide range of clinical settings, before joining Heal in 2022.

Heather holds additional qualifications in sports massage, acupuncture, and Pilates, all of which support the effective management and rehabilitation of her clients. She has also completed Parts A and B of the McKenzie Institute training, enabling her to assess and manage a broad range of spinal conditions.

Heather is based full-time at Heal across our Dundee and St Andrews clinics. She teaches Pilates throughout the week, both virtually and in person, and also works closely with the University of St Andrews Occupational Health Service.

Heather is passionate about helping people feel and perform at their best—whether supporting sporting goals or assisting with the ongoing management of everyday injuries.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys competing in showjumping with her horse, Lennox. She is also learning to play golf and has an interest in golfers’ rehabilitation, alongside her strong interest in equestrian performance and rehabilitation.

Heather is in St Andrews on Mondays, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday she is available in Dundee.
