Karen is an experienced Sports Massage Therapist at Heal since 2014, following a successful international Judo career.

A Commonwealth Games medallist (2002), she represented Great Britain and Scotland, bringing expert insight into performance, recovery, and injury prevention.

Karen works with everyone from elite athletes to those needing regular maintenance for everyday wellbeing.
